3. PURITY OF DATA & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

When interacting with our platform, you agree to maintain absolute integrity in your data submission. You are explicitly forbidden from utilizing our environment to transmit malicious code, worms, Trojans, ransomware, or any software designed to compromise the speed, security, or aesthetic rendering of our site. KERSYNE provides comprehensive technical dimensions and weight specs (e.g., GSM metrics) to guide your understanding, but minor variations inherent to high-end, artisan textile manufacturing are accepted by you upon purchase.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO ARCHITECTURE AND PRICING

The value of our technical apparel reflects its scarcity, material premium, and structural complexity.

  • Prices for our garments are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify, pause, or permanently discontinue a specific silhouette, capsule collection, or the entire Service without prior warning.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price adjustment, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or products.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY & PATRON RESPONSIBILITY

If you choose to establish an official patron profile within our digital ecosystem, you assume total responsibility for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials and access tokens. You accept liability for all activities, orders, and interactions that occur under your account. KERSYNE will not be held liable for losses incurred due to your failure to secure your digital access point.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & DISCRETIONARY CANCELLATION

Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute an offer to sell. KERSYNE reserves the right, at our absolute discretion and without providing justification, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that utilize identical billing or shipping locations. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was generated.

8. ACCURACY OF BILLING & GEOGRAPHIC DESTINATIONS
